I think this might be one of my favourite paintings to date. It combines two of my favourite things - mountains and a sunset. This is Cascade mountain. Its the big dominating mountain that overlooks the village in Banff. Whilst waiting for the bus I took two photos (12 minutes apart) of this beautiful peak and this is #1.
